SEG Meetings

SEG meetings

Geophysics is an ever-advancing science. To keep up with the changes and anticipate what's coming in the future, geophysicists are constantly educating themselves through networking and attending courses, seminars, and meetings.

To help its members stay on top of the changing technology, SEG sponsors many meetings around the world, including meetings on five continents in 1998. In addition SEG works with other organizations and businesses around the world to create the most comprehensive listing of meetings as possible.

If you are sponsoring a meeting or know of a meeting that would benefit geophysicists, contact the SEG webmaster.

SEG continuing education courses
With the help of Affiliated Societies, SEG Sections, and other organizations, SEG offers continuing education courses year-round.

Past SEG-sponsored meetings
