DGGS is a dynamic, fast-paced office with multiple field-based programs evaluating many facets of Alaska geology. Alaska offers a geophysicist frontier opportunities to make creative professional contributions and significant new geologic discoveries. The successful applicant will use advanced principles and knowledge of geophysics to provide professional scientific and operational management of multiple, applied airborne geophysical surveys, including magnetic, electromagnetic, and radiometric data acquisition, in support of statewide resource development and infrastructure-hazards assessments.
