SEG Student Chapters Keep Your SEG Student Chapter Active | |  Don't fall off the mountain! To be considered an active SEG Student Chapter, SEG needs to know what you're up to. You can accomplish this by filling out a Student Chapter Activity Report each year to recap the previous year's activities. All Activity Reports must be submitted by no later than 1 April. Your Student Chapter's ranking is based on this Activity Report, so make sure you fill it out completely! - The report should be filled out by the Student Chapter officers and/or the Faculty Advisor.
- Upload the completed activity report to the online application and click "Submit". You must submit both the online application AND the Activity Report.
- All online applications with Activity Reports will be evaluated by the Committee on University and Student Programs.
- Student Chapters will be notified of their chapter ranking (Base, Ridge, and Summit) by 1 August 2013.
- Students Chapters will be recognized at SEG Houston 2013!
