Exhibitor Information

The Society of Exploration Geophysicists' Annual Meeting gives companies the opportunity to display their products and services to a highly focused audience from around the world. Geophysicists, geologists, earth scientists, energy industry executives, researchers and software developers attend the conference to learn about the latest technology and advances in exploration and reservoir management. The combination of an extensive technical program of over 600 oral and poster presentations by the leaders of the industry and a state-of-the-art exposition draws attendees from over 85 countries.

Your company can join 350 leading companies, government agencies, research and educational institutions at the industry's most impressive display of the latest technology and services by exhibiting at the SEG International Exposition.

The Society of Exploration Geophysicists International Exposition and 80th Annual Meeting brought together all of the major companies involved in global oil, gas and mineral exploration, and new areas of civil engineering and reservoir management, environmental and archaeology. The conference was held at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.

Exhibitor Housing

The Grand Hyatt San Antonio will serve as the headquarter hotel in San Antonio. It is conveniently located next to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, which is the location of all technical sessions, exhibits, and meetings during the Annual Meeting.

Housing will be handled by Experient. They are the only official housing company for the SEG Annual Meeting.

Housing Blocks
If you require a block of rooms (more than 10) for your company, you can download the exhibitor housing form here. All exhibitor blocks and reservations are handled through the Experient, the SEG Housing Service.

Individual Reservations
If you do not need a block of rooms (less than 10) for your company, you can make reservations beginning 16 March.

HOUSING DEADLINE
The SEG Housing Service will process all completed request forms. All forms must be returned by 27 July to reserve your housing block. Requests received after 27 July may not be fulfilled and are subject to availability. Actual names for the rooms blocked must be submitted no later than 5 August. If rooming lists are not received by this date, rooms will be released for general sale unless prior arrangements have been made.

Questions?
Experient, the SEG Housing Service will handle all exhibitor blocks and reservations. The SEG Business office cannot make your reservations or hold your room blocks. HOUSING ALERT
Convention Expo Travel and/or Complete Event Planning have been contacting exhibitors and disguising themselves as the SEG Housing Company. The SEG official Housing company is Experient. The Housing Bureau will never contact you via the phone and solicit your business.

SEG cannot guarantee the availability of your room, room block, or rate if you book with a group other than Experient.  If you would like to cancel your reservations made with one of these companies, please contact the hotel directly. Additionally, contact your credit card company and tell them NOT to pay the 20% cancellation penalty these organizations charge.
