Sponsorships and Advertising

Would you like to increase traffic to your booth during the SEG Annual Meeting in San Antonio this fall?

The best way to accomplish this is through one of three ways.

• Place an ad in the Official Program and Exhibitors Directory
  This is distributed to and carried by all Annual Meeting attendees. If your company has invested in booth space, why not maximize and protect that investment?
   
• Obtain a list of all pre-registered attendee physical mailing addresses - $175
  Send a postcard or mailer to drive traffic to your booth before the show begins. Click here for the order form.
   

Official Program and Exhibitors Directory Information
Attendance at the 2007 SEG Annual Meeting in San Antonio was 8,519.

SEG Annual Meeting attendees are decision makers. Placing an ad in the Official Program and Exhibitors Directory will ensure that your booth receives its fair share of traffic in a couple of ways:

1. Official Program and Exhibitors Directory ads reinforce your company's presence at the Annual Meeting. Each time prospective buyers leaf through the Official Program and Exhibitors Directory, they are reminded of your company's goods and services. Your company is seen as a major player in the geophysical world.
2. As an added bonus, at no extra cost, an ad in the Official Program and Exhibitors Directory also includes placement of your full-color company logo and booth-locator graphic on the stand-alone floor-plan map, which is distributed to all show attendees. When a delegate consults the map, your company logo and booth location are visually separated from the overall group.

Last year's Official Program advertisers will be offered first right of refusal on their previously-held positions until 20 June 2011. After that date, those positions will be available on a first-come, first served basis.
