Welcome to San Antonio!  On behalf of the Spouse Program Committee for SEG's 81st Annual Meeting, it is our pleasure to welcome you to beautiful San Antonio! We look forward to hosting you for an exciting week of fun-filled activities, entertainment, and tours. We hope your convention experience will stay with you for a lifetime!

Seminar Schedule

Christi Harris Faux Face Lift*
Monday, 19 September, 9:30–10:30 a.m.
Meet Christi Harris and watch her transform a volunteer from the audience and take five years off of her look. Learn all the tricks of highlighting, contouring and lifting your eyes with makeup. You will be amazed and dazzled by the outcome.

Building a Yoga Mind: "Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished." ~ Lao Tzu*
Tuesday, 20 September, 9:00–10:00 a.m.
Join us for a unique yoga practice of self discovery with Maria Payne. Using basic traditional yoga techniques, we will focus on ways to identify and regain control of our busyness and exchange it for greater satisfaction with our real priorities. We will practice poses with breath awareness to strengthen our mind-body connection. This class is designed for yogis of every level. Bring a mat and settle in for an hour-long journey to greater mindfulness. If you are unable to bring a mat, towels will be provided by the hotel in the Spouse Suite.

The Art of Card Making*
Wednesday, 21 September, 9:30–10:30 a.m.
Modern technology has made the art of card making nearly obsolete! This is unfortunate considering works of the heart, such as handmade cards, are so precious to their recipients. Join us as consultant Andrea Wood demonstrates how to create unique, personalized, hand-made cards for every occasion using rubber stamps, buttons, brads, and ribbons. These one-of-a kind creations are items that will be truly treasured by family and friends.

Mariachi Las Alteñas*
Tuesday, 20 September, 11:30 a.m.
Considered Texas' finest all-female mariachi, Las Alteñas has been captivating audiences throughout the United States since 2002. These six remarkably talented women are brought together by their passion to perform and promote the majesty of mariachi music. Join us at Tuesday's luncheon to learn more about the history of mariachi, and enjoy an exceptional musical performance from Mariachi Las Alteñas.
