What is the Book Mart?

The SEG Book Mart is an online store where you can search and order SEG publications. You may also order using the order form from the SEG Publications Catalog.

 

How can I order an SEG published book?

You may order online, by e-mail (books@seg.org) or by fax (+1-918-497-5565).

 

What payment methods are available?

The SEG Shipping and Payment Policy lists all the ways that are available for payment. SEG does accept cash, checks (drawn on a U.S bank), major credit cards, bank wires and ACH deposits.

 

I have a voucher. How do I use it to order a book?

At this time our Web site does not accept vouchers for payment. Vouchers must be sent directly to the Book Mart office with your order and payment information. If you have questions about vouchers please email books@seg.org.

 

The price in the catalog and online are different. Which price do I use?

SEG publication prices are subject to change without notice, please use the Web site to verify you have the correct prices for the items you want to purchase.

 

What is my discount?

Publication prices are set up as Member/List price. SEG and EAGE members may purchase one copy of each item at member price; additional copies will be list price. Student members are granted an additional 20% off the member price; however, not all items are eligible for the student discount.

 

I did not receive my discount. What should I do?

Please make sure you are logged into our Web site with your correct member number; please email members@seg.org for assistance with your log in or your member ID. Once you are logged into the system with the correct account you should be able to see your discount.

 

Can I have my order shipped to a different address?

Yes you can have your order shipped to any address you want. Shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

 

What shipping methods are offered?

In order to keep shipping costs down, SEG sends all international orders through the United States Post Office; domestic orders are shipped either through UPS or USPS. If you want your order shipped a different way please contact SEG Book Mart by email before you place your order online.

 

When will I receive my order?

International orders can take 10 to 14 business days for delivery, please keep in mind that customs clearance can increase the time. Domestic order take can take between 5 and 14 days after shipment.

 

What is the Return Policy?

Please refer to the SEG Shipping and Payment Policy. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for any and all returns. Returns without an RMA will be refused and reshipped to the sender.
