2013 GSH-SEG Spring Symposium honors

The Geophysical Society of Houston honors SEG veteran Peter Duncan at the 2013 GSH-SEG Spring Symposium, Unconventional Geophysics. The event takes place 5-6 March 2013. In addition to a lunch and reception, GSH will also host a Challenge Bowl competition on the first day of the event, and a toast (or roast) of Peter Duncan during lunch on the second day of the event.
The two-day technical symposium will include a number of sessions covering such topics as microseismic technology, microseismic examples and cases, microseismic data interpretation and sweet spot identification, and geophysical support for fracture staging and production planning. Each presentation will will be followed by a question and answer session, led by experts in the geophysics field.

The preregistration cost is $250. Registration closes 22 February 2013, at 5:00 CST.
The symposium will take place at the Westchase Hilton, Houston, TX, and will be led by Technical Chairman, Phil Schultz.
