SEG Improves Invitation Process for Denver Conference SEG has improved the visitor's visa invitation process to facilitate international participation in its International Exposition and Seventy-Fourth Annual Meeting. The six-day event takes place October 10-15 at Denver, Colorado, U.S. Participants in the SEG Denver meeting may generate an official invitation letter using the form found on the Annual Meeting Web site (link below). This form will generate a letter which can be printed and used in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that applicants will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SEG to pay any expenses incurred by the applicant. Attendees from countries that require a visa to enter the United States are reminded that obtaining a visa may take several months. You are strongly encouraged to plan ahead. For more information about the Denver SEG meeting, visit the SEG Annual Meeting Web site. This site also includes links to the U.S. Department of State Web sites.
