The SEG/Denver 2004 Technical Program and Expanded Abstracts are available online. You can read the abstracts now and determine well in advance which presentations you plan to attend.

Committee Meetings Schedule

A list of SEG committee meetings with times and locations planned during SEG/Denver 2004 is now available on the Annual Meeting site.

Onsite Registration

Registration will be open in the Colorado Convention Center, Lobby B starting at 1:00 p.m. (MST) Friday, 8 October during SEG/Denver 2004.

SEG Book Mart

Continuing Education Week in Houston

SEG is sponsoring a Continuing Education Week in Houston, November 9-12. Registration is currently open. 2004 SEG/EAGE Distinguished Instructor Short Course

Dr. Paul Weimer takes the SEG/EAGE DISC "Petroleum Systems of Deepwater Settings" to Europe during the first 2 weeks of November. Registration for this part of his tour is handled by EAGE at the following address.

2004 SEG/AAPG Distinguished Lecturer

The special section in TLE's October issue will be on "Seismic Survey Design." This theme attracted a very large number of submitted manuscripts, indicating it is a "hot" area in technology. The November issue will feature a special section on "4D Seismic" which has been a hot area for quite a few years.
