2010 DISC: Geophysics Under Stress
Colin Sayers presents Geophysics Under Stress: Geomechanical Applications of Seismic and Borehole Acoustic Waves in Houston, Dallas, and Calgary this month. Publications

TLE April The April TLE holds our annual special section on Offshore Technology with seven articles examining current trends in the field. It also includes the Honors and Awards Citations presented at our 2009 Annual Meeting. This is also the first issue of TLE available in a digital version. Read our President's page for more details.
The May issue will focus on uncertainty analysis, and the June issue will examine borehole geophysics.

 

 

GeophysicsThe March-April issue of Geophysics includes a new department featuring dissertation abstracts. Recent Ph.D. graduates are invited to submit abstracts of their dissertations by completing and submitting the submission form. Abstracts are reviewed and accepted or rejected based on their perceived value to the readers of Geophysics.
