Publication prices are quoted as List or Member price. SEG and EAGE members may purchase one copy of each item ordered at member price. Additional copies are sold at list price. Nonmembers are offered list price. Student members are given an additional 20% discount off member prices for one copy of each item ordered (discount not available on all items). Instructors are encouraged to contact SEG for discount information on book orders for classes. Note: SEG prices are subject to change. RETURN/REFUND POLICY All returns MUST have Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items without an RMA will be refused and returned at your expense. Please contact SEG by phone 1-918-497-5546, fax 1-918-497-5565 or e-mail email@example.com to obtain an RMA or to report shortages/misshipments. SEG will accept only authorized returns. SEG will deduct a 15% restocking fee (minimum of US$5.00) from the refund amount. Returns must include: SEG invoice number, SEG order number, name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and reason for return.
Merchandise MUST be in original condition (shrink-wrapped) with original packaging and must have the RMA enclosed and clearly referenced in the shipping material. Shipment will be refused and returned to purchaser at the cost of the purchaser if these terms are not followed.
SEG does NOT issue debit or credit memos. SEG will prepare a refund check which will be mailed to you upon inspection of returned publication items. Do not apply credits against orders (deductions taken against invoices will be returned). Videotapes, CD-ROMs, DVDs, GEOPHYSICS and THE LEADING EDGE magazines cannot be returned for any reason. SEG will NOT accept returns after 90 days from the ship date.
UNDELIVERED/REFUSED DELIVERY When orders are returned to SEG as undeliverable (due to incorrect or missing address information) or as refused, SEG will contact customer by e-mail or by telephone. If no response has been received within three (3) months, items will be returned to stock with a 15% restock fee and remaining monies refunded.
