SEAM People Peter Pangman Director of Geophysics | | 
Peter Pangman is responsible for overall administration of the SEAM program. He brings both technical insight and management experience to SEAM. Peter spent twenty-six years in the oil industry in positions of increasing responsibility. His latter assignments included Chief Geophysicist Occidental Oil & Gas (1997-99); Manager of Worldwide Geophysics Amoco Corporation (1993-1997), and Director of Exploration for Amoco U.K. Exploration Company (1989-93). Peter joined the business office of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists in 2004. Currently he serves as Associate Executive Director SEG, Director SEG Foundation, and SEAM Director of Geophysics. He obtained a B.Sc. degree in engineering geophysics from Queen's University, Ontario, Canada in 1973. | | | | | | |
