| The Society of Exploration Geophysics is headquartered in the Cecil B. Green Geophysical Resource Center located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. |
The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is formed are: to engage in any lawful act or activity for which corporations may be organized under the general corporation law of Oklahoma. To this end, the corporation shall oversee the activities associated with the property at 8801 S Yale, Tulsa OK called the SEG Geophysical Resource Center (GRC): (1) building maintenance and property management; (2) leasing of all space not occupied by the business staff of Society of Exploration Geophysicists; (3) maximizing the value of the physical assets of the corporation. All funds, whether income or principal, shall be devoted to said purposes.
