Petris acquires Intervera and ZEH
14 January 2009—Petris Technology announced that it has completed the acquisition of Intervera. Under the terms of the agreement, Petris will assume worldwide responsibility for the sales, service, and future development of the Intervera software, DataVera. Intervera's office will support the global E&P data quality marketplace and further extend Petris' presence into Canada with a resource base in the Canadian energy capital.

DataVera can profile data, clean and standardize issues, manage duplication and implement Master Data Management across any data source.

Petris has also acquired ZEH Software. With its graphics software and recently added seismic information management suite, ZEH provides software solutions that improve the productivity of many of the world's leading oil and gas companies.

ZEH's seismic data management offering, SeisInfo, organizes 2D and 3D seismic surveys into a spatially aware database so users know what assets they have, where they are located, and how to retrieve them.
