SEG Global, Inc. is a for-profit company, fully owned by the Society of Exploration Geophysicists, established in August 2007 to support the mission of the Society by establishing and managing regional offices in locations outside the United States. The corporation's board of directors provides independent oversight for this important aspect of SEG's globalization strategy as well as offering strategic input to planning and resource allocation issues.
