To avoid any penalization, the hotel must receive notification of 72 hours prior to arrival date. If not cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival date a charge of one night will be charge. Any no-shows will also be charge for one night. Check-in/out
Check-in prior to Hotel's check-in times is subject to availability. Currently, check-in is 3:00 p.m. and checkout is 12:00 pm (noon), Central Standard Time. Group may be checked in earlier depending on the occupancy levels and availability of "ready" rooms.
