To avoid any penalization, the hotel must receive notification of 72 hours prior to arrival date. If not cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival date a charge of one night will be charge. Any no-shows will also be charge for one night. Check-in/out
Check-in prior to Hotel's check-in times are subject to availability. Currently, check-in is 3:00 p.m. and checkout is 12:00 p.m. (noon), CDT. Group may be checked in earlier depending on the occupancy levels and availability of "ready" rooms. Due to high demand during your group stay hotel cannot guarantee rooms on same floor or near each other.
