Booth space for Las Vegas 2012 is SOLD OUT.

Any application received from this point will be placed on a waiting list. Applications that are received will be placed in the order that they are received. If exhibit space becomes available through a cancellation, companies on the waiting list will be contacted as soon as possible.

Exhibitor Information

The Society of Exploration Geophysicists gives companies the opportunity to display their products and services to a highly focused audience from around the world. Geophysicists, geologists, earth scientists, energy industry executives, researchers and software developers attend the conference to learn about the latest technology and advances in exploration and reservoir management. The combination of an extensive technical program of over 600 oral and poster presentations by the leaders of the industry and a state-of-the-art exposition draws attendees from over 85 countries.

Exhibitor Housing

The Mandalay Bay Hotel will serve as the headquarter hotel in Las Vegas. It is connected to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, which is the location of all technical sessions, exhibits, and meetings during the Annual Meeting.

Housing will be handled by Experient. They are the only official housing company for the SEG Annual Meeting. *

Housing Blocks
If you require a block of rooms (more than 10) for your company, you can download the exhibitor housing form. All exhibitor blocks and reservations are handled through the Experient, the SEG Housing Service.

Individual Reservations
If you do not need a block of rooms (less than 10) for your company, you can make reservations beginning 28 March.

Housing Deadline
The SEG Housing Service will process all completed request forms. All forms must be returned by 27 September to reserve your housing block. Requests received after 27 September may not be fulfilled and are subject to availability. Actual names for the rooms blocked must be submitted no later than 27 September. If rooming lists are not received by this date, rooms will be released for general sale unless prior arrangements have been made.

Questions?
Experient, the SEG Housing Service will handle all exhibitor blocks and reservations. The SEG Business office cannot make your reservations or hold your room blocks. If you have any questions regarding housing, blocks of rooms or hotels please contact the Experient housing team at segexhibitor@experient-inc.com.

Advisory:
Exhibitors and attendees are, from time to time, solicited by third-party housing agencies, travel agencies and hotels purporting to service the SEG Annual Meeting. These groups are "pirates" or poachers of group rooms. SEG works closely with the official hotels to serve cease and desist letters to these groups contacting our exhibitors and attendees.

Poachers offer lower rated rooms than official block rates. Many times they are unable to provide SEG attendees the quality of room offered in the official block. They usually expect payment upfront and have harsh, unforgiving cancellation policies. Reservations made through any agency besides Experient cannot be guaranteed and could result in additional fees above advertised rates, and incorrect hotel placement. For these reasons, and to support our efforts to give you a quality event, we encourage you to book your housing through the SEG Web Site.

Experient is the only Official Hotel contractor for SEG. They will never call to solicit your business.
