 Exhibitors Exhibitors The Exhibitors tool allows you to search for specific exhibitors by company name or to browse through an alphabetical listing of exhibitors.
 What's On What's On? What’s On? allows you to quickly find out which sessions are currently in progress or commencing within the next hour.
 Information Information The Information tool provides general information about the Annual Meeting itself as well as the events, venues, facilities, and services related to the Annual Meeting. Content includes information about the bookmart, business center, exposition hours, hotels, prayer room, and transportation, among other important items.
 Interactive Map Interactive Map The Interactive Map allows you to search for exhibitors on a map and find detailed information about exhibitors.
 Venues Venues The Venues function provides details about all venues associated with the event, including a list of all event venues, addresses, locations and other information.
 Search Search The Annual Meeting Mobile App Search tool allows you to search all of the information in the mobile app by event or author name.
 Social Media Social Media Social Media allows you to instantly view tweets marked with the SEG Annual Meeting hashtag (#SEGAnnualMtg) on Twitter. It also allows you to view the SEG Facebook page and the SEG LinkedIn feed. (Note: Users may need to establish Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts outside of the Annual Meeting Mobile App context in order to view social media content.)

To access general information about the SEG Annual Meeting, open the Annual Meeting Mobile App and press the Information icon.

How can I learn more about Technical Sessions using the Annual Meeting Mobile App?
To learn more about the technical sessions at the Annual Meeting, you may either perform a search by event or author using the Annual Meeting Mobile App Search tool, or you may search or browse through technical program information using the Annual Meeting Mobile App Schedule tool.

How do I create my own schedule on the Annual Meeting Mobile App?
To create your own, personalized Annual Meeting schedule, find events that you wish to attend using either the Annual Meeting Mobile App's Search tool or Annual Meeting Mobile App's Schedule tool. Once you find an event you wish to attend, press the "+" button in the top left corner of the app screen, and then click the "Add to My Schedule" button. Tap OK. This will add the selected event to your My Schedule tool. Repeat this process until you have selected all of the events you wish to attend. Then, view the events you have scheduled, listed in chronological order, by pressing My Schedule on the Annual Meeting Mobile App.

How do I delete events from my schedule on the Annual Meeting Mobile App?
Open My Schedule in the Annual Meeting Mobile App and select the event you wish to delete from your schedule. Press the "+" button in the top left corner of the app screen, and then press the "Remove from My Schedule" button. Tap OK. This will remove the selected event from your schedule. On Android phones, use a long press to delete the item from your schedule.

How is the app affected as I cross time zones with my mobile device?
The times on the events change based upon the time zone in which you (and your mobile device) are at the moment. Once you are in Las Vegas the calendar will display the Las Vegas times for the events you added.

What type of connection do I need to access the Annual Meeting Mobile App?
You may access the Annual Meeting Mobile App using a standard Internet or Wi-Fi connection. Free Wi-Fi will be available at the SEG Annual Meeting.

Which mobile device platforms support the Annual Meeting Mobile App?
You may access the Annual Meeting Mobile App using a mobile device that supports the iPhone, Android, or Mobile Web platforms.

How do I update/refresh the Annual Meeting Mobile App on my mobile device?
The Annual Meeting Mobile App content will be updated no more than once each day throughout the course of the Annual Meeting. When content is added or modified, it will automatically refresh on your device when you open the app. (Note: you may be asked if you would like to refresh app content upon opening the app.) The app may also be refreshed manually. Manual refresh functionality varies from platform to platform.

Will the Annual Meeting Mobile App work on my tablet?
The Annual Meeting Mobile App is designed specifically for use on smartphone devices and is not optimized for use on a tablet device.
