How to Register
With attendees to the SEG Annual Meeting hailing from over 80 different countries, SEG offers different registration methods to suit their varying technical capabilities.
The most popular registration methods include online registration and on-site registration. Online registration will be available from this page as the meeting date approaches; onsite registration will continue to be available at the George R. Brown Convention Center throughout the Annual Meeting.
While many attendees continue to prefer onsite registration, discounts - and shorter wait times - can be enjoyed by registering in advance.
Pricing
The SEG Annual Meeting is attended by thousands of industry professionals every year - not all of them members of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists. For this reason, SEG makes various classes of pricing available, with SEG members enjoying various discounts and benefits. Find out more about becoming an SEG member today!
Members and non-members can also enjoy early bird discounts by registering for the annual meeting in advance. Check back to this page as the meeting date approaches to take advantage of advance registration.
Additional discounts are available to student members and retired/emeritus members of SEG as well.
Benefits
Your registration for the Annual Meeting will typically include access to all technical program sessions and the international exposition (including the icebreaker event usually held on Sunday evening). Delegates typically receive a delegate bag and a badge, which must be worn at all times during the Annual Meeting.
